Sunday, December 18, 2016. Maynooth and Madawaska All Welcome to join us communion. Communion is celebrated at a table that suggests the dining table in our homes. At the communion table, we acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the host and all are guests. The meal uses the symbols of small pieces of bread and a taste of wine or juice to remind us of Jesus’ last supper with his followers and of God’s enduring love.
The United Church invites all who seek fellowship and part of a church family. We support each other through fellowship, share in this family meal.
We know that we are not alone, we live in your world. We know that you call each of us to love and serve others, to seek justice and resist evil. We know that each of us carries within our self your vision of all creation healed and restored. Because we are partners with you in caring for this creation and the worldwide community of people,
A note to our visitors ... The Maynooth-Madawaska church family welcomes you to our worship service. We are currently without a minister, so a variety of worship leaders provide pulpit supply for us, offering a range of worship styles from traditional to unique.
